We had our roof replaced last year - May 2020. I wanted to wait for the review to give the product adequate time to showcase any performance issues from the initial install. We did the typical vetting for local contractors, and given the size and type of roofing (very standard single roof line / bi-level), all of the quotes were reasonably close.
