Do what I did. Get estimates than hire DePalma. 1890 house 3 stories. Other estimates were ball park DePalma estimate was to the penny. A very large crew showed up early in the am. Including a project manager. The crews removed shingles replaced bad wood installed roof and cleaned up in 1 day. They gave us different warranty options and only use the best products. We're they done. No. A couple of days later another crew showed up to inspect property to ensure no nails or shingles in yard nd rain... Read more

What a great experience! Just bought a new house an had a few questions about the attic ventilation my inspector couldn't answer. DePalma came out after a very stress-free scheduling process and looked over the ridge vent and attic. They provided a good amount of knowledge and confirmed I was all set for a properly vented attic! Really happy with the entire process from their communication to professionalism.
