The saleesman, Rob, was an amazing start to the process. The rest of the team was friendly and thorough, answering questions as needed. Depalma staff were very professional and responded quickly to my questions. The crew complete our roof replacement in one day and they cleaned up when they were done. We had some damage to our window trim during the roof tear off. They repaired this with no question and did not invoice us until we were completely satisfied.
I called several businesses regarding this service. DePalma was on site doing the installation on the day another company said they would send someone to do an estimate. Great service and quality workmanship. I would definitely use them again.
After 24 years it was time for a new roof. Went out and got three quotes, DePalma was the best. Had the material quality and warranty I was looking for at the best price. And they put me in schedule in a matter of days. Three weeks later I had a beautiful new roof. The crew was amazing; very respectful, fast and courteous.
