I am so impressed by DePalma Construction. From the estimate for a new roof visit to the one day installation of our new roof (we do not have Dormers or difficult angles) this Company is extremely well run with great Communication and Service. Our roof was put on in 2020 but when I called about a concern about the attic fan Kyle and Colin, Professional and Polite, could not be more responsive. This past Friday arrived exactly when he said they would and replaced the attic fan at NO Charge!

The crew arrived on time, scouted the area around the house and quickly got to work. The noise (except for vehicles briefly backing up) was tolerable. We and neighbors were impressed with the speed (4 hrs) and quality of the work. Mike's initial presentation allowed us to make a point-by-point evaluation with other offers and was the only one to provide tile samples. Wendy's communications were always courteous and helpful. GOOD VALUE indeed!

Kyle was quick to come out and evaluate the problem and had an estimate to me the same day. After approving the estimate I was scheduled within three weeks for the roof repair. The crew quickly and professionally repaired the roof and I was surprised how attentive they were at cleaning up after themselves. They even go around your home with a magnet to catch any nails that might’ve fallen from the roof.
