A bird had gotten into our attic and we had no idea where the entry point was. DePalma responded to our inquiry quickly and professionally. Chris came out and found an opening in our soffit that wasn't properly constructed by the builder, even finding the bird's nest at the opening. I received a very reasonable estimate by the end of the day. DePalma ordered the materials and Chris did an outstanding job of fixing the problem area.
