I knew it was time to have my roof checked and when I called for an estimate every employee from office employees, estimator, and roofers were professional friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked the most was how each employee talked about the company. I was pleased with the rapid response for our roof repair. I called and they sent someone the next day, ahead of an impending rain event. The Persons, I spoke to was pleasant. The crew that showed up for the repair took care of the reported repair plus some preventative repair work as well. I would definitely contact DePalma again for roofing needs.
