In the middle of the night on a very windy night several pieces of flashing blew off the third story of my house. I was frightening by all the noise and then the idea of the cost to fix. I had no idea who to call or what to do. I called DePalma the next morning and talked to Amanda. She was very reassuring and said someone would be out to look at the situation.
