They were on time, cleaned up afterwards. Very polite. I had a concern after installation. It was addressed immediately and taken care of with a smile. I would recommend them to all my neighbors.

They came to our house and went on our roof to see what the problem was, they did not try to blow smoke at us like another roofing company did. As it turned out our builder stepped up to correct the problem but had they not we have gone with DePalma we still plan to have them fix guttering.

We experienced a nasty storm with strong winds resulting in our fascia and soffit being damaged. I call DePalma and he came out himself and gave me my options for the repair. He scheduled the work and completed exactly as he said he would. Excellent service and I am very happy with the results.
