DePalma put the original roof on my house 16 years ago. They did a great job and it has help up well. I had a very small leak appear a few months ago and they came out and fixed it - a couple of nails wore through a shingle. They were quick to come and made sure it was fixed. Even followed up a few times.

Great service from first phone contact to discussion with the repairman at the time of service. They did the job one day earlier than promised and for the stated price. They also found an additional section of the roof that had been damaged and addressed that at no cost.

We got at least 5 estimates. The big difference between them and others is their work warranty. 25 years compared to 5. That's on their work not the product. The product warranty was the same as similar products. they were quick in scheduling and follow up. Well organized. Polite. Not pushy in their sales either.
