Great service from first phone contact to discussion with the repairman at the time of service. They did the job one day earlier than promised and for the stated price. They also found an additional section of the roof that had been damaged and addressed that at no cost. Excellent customer service. I will use them again if needed in the future.

We got at least 5 estimates. The big difference between them and others is their work warranty. 25 years compared to 5. That's on their work not the product. The product warranty was the same as similar products. they were quick in scheduling and follow up. Well organized. Polite. Not pushy in their sales either.

I thought the entire experience with DePalma was outstanding. They did everything they said that they would do and did it all in a very timely manner. I had them replace my roofing, replace my siding and replace my gutters. They had separate specialized crews do each of the tasks. I was shocked at how skilled the workmen were.
