Provides a great product GAF, great customer communications by Tera and quality work with a great transferable Warranty. Chad provided a very detailed quote with options that were required beyond just replacing the roof. Our skylight thermal windows internal seal between the panes needed replacement. Other options that were provided besides the sky light were larger new gutters, downspouts to provide adequate rain water volume and very sturdy leaf guards.
