Everyone I have interacted with at DePalma has been great. There’s a lot of moving parts to the process, but DePalma has everything organized and runs smoothly. Absolutely everyone I interacted with was engaged in making sure I get the quality I paid for. You can tell every employee is invested, takes pride in their work and company. We called DePalma construction for a roof leak, their service tech Kyle came out next day, and found the problem. He explained my options, and then had it fixed all same day!!! Very professional, and skilled group. From the 1st call to paying the invoice, we had a great experience. Highly recommend.
