Within a few days DePalma was onsite to measure the roof, within two hours of the visit I had a quote in my inbox. Within a few weeks I had a brand new roof on my house. De Palma replaced my roof and gutters. The experience was tremendous from start to finish. The "salesman" obviously had hands-on experience and could competently discuss the pros and cons of various material options, where he was using over-estimates so we weren't going to have a surprise bill at the end, and what to expect in the process.
