I called at 8:00 on a Monday morning because of a roof leak that occurred over the weekend. DePalma was onsite by 10:00 and the issue attended to and completed by 11:00. I know you cannot always expect this type of response time, but they squeezed me into the schedule and did a great job. Very professional and highly recommended.
Had a leak during late night severe thunderstorm and the very next morning Dominic stopped out to take a look. He found that my ridge vent was leaking and sealed it all up. And while he was up on my roof he also gave a complete walk around the roof to look for any other potential issues. I really appreciated the quick and honest service.
