We noticed DePalma was doing a neighbor's roof. Neighbors were pleased with their work. So DePalma was the first estimate we pursued. Chad was wonderful - very honest, professional, friendly, helpful and not pushy at all (loved the App he had on his tablet that would show what your house looks like with the shingles you pick!).
