Rescheduled 30 minutes before my first scheduled appointment. Blamed estimating tools on a computer. What ever did we do before computers? Poor excuse. Bad business.

DePalma was easy to deal with, competitively priced and properly communicative. I had a roof installed, and never even found a nail. I initially had some cosmetic issues that they resolved without complaint with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
