Everyone I've spoken to at Diversified has been professional and cordial, and the technician who came out to do the inspection and work, Anthony Traini, is amazing. Our home owner's insurance had requested some roof repair and he did great work replacing some slate tiles, and provided plenty of documentation to show the work done to the insurance. Called today to fix some damage from a storm, and was able to get a same day repair. Process was super easy. Reuben provided a thorough inspection, communicated the fix and price clearly, and finished the job quickly. Would definitely recommend.
