Reuben did an excellent job replacing my roof vent and duct. He spent time not only informing me of the process and what would be involved but also making sure all of my questions and concerns were answered but also providing recommendations for improvements to my roof that will allow it to stay in good condition for many years. I felt at ease knowing the job would be done well and it showed in the result. I definitely plan to have him come to do work for me again in the future!!

We had a garage roof shingle blow off and a couple of adjacent ones break during recent high winds. Diversified had an opening in about a week, which was fine considering the minor nature of the problem. Their representative, Eli, was right on time and very polite. Even though the damage appeared limited to a small area over the garage, Eli provided an inspection of the remaining roof and of the attic. Our experience with TLC thus far has been nothing short of excellent.
We had an ice dam on our roof that was leaking into our kitchen and affecting our drywall, wood framing, and then the flooring on the upper level.
