Today, Tuesday, 9/1/21, Matt returned to tarp, yet another bad leak that occurred from heavy rains Saturday. I called 3x, leaving messages , between Saturday & Sunday. I didn’t hear back, which was disappointing. I had hoped they had on-call emergency services. I spoke with the office early yesterday, to no avail. Matt did a full inspection and showed me pictures of the damage. The price seemed fair and he was able to complete the repairs the same day within about an hour. He also took care of some areas that could have become a problem in the future. I am very happy with the service I received .
