Diversified came out at my request regarding a leak and for a small fee they not only gave me an estimate on the repair, but performed an entire inspection of the inside/outside of my roof. Reuben pointed out areas of concern to keep in mind for the future when a new entire roof will need to be done. I was very happy with his professionalism and his knowledge/advice.
