As a new, first time homeowner, I was very apprehensive going through the process of replacing our roof. The guys at Dr. Roofer made the process as smooth and easy as possible, with a very competitive price. They had my roof done with in a matter of hours, and we are so incredibly happy with how it came out! If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I certainly would!
I hired Dr. Roofer with the sole aim of fixing a dip in my fascia board. They rewrapped the fascia without fixing the dip and then, after the work was already performed, told me it would be extra to replace some of the underlying wood to fix the issue. The work they did was fine but did not correct the problem. I told the sales person numerous times the only reason I am hiring them is to fix this single issue.
Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry the issue wasn’t resolved as you expected. As outlined in your contract, wood replacement was not included in the base price and billed separately. Fixing the dip would have required replacing the underlying wood, which we did offer to do at an additional cost. We understand that your main goal was to correct the dip, and we regret any miscommunication. Please reach out if you’d like to explore any options to complete the repair.

I had issues with my insurance company that were very difficult and Jake always picked up his phone to answer my questions. Also, Adam who is another part of Dr. Roofer was always there for me as well. Today my roof was installed by Dr. Roofer and... Read more
I recently had my roof replaced by Dr. Roofer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was professional and efficient. They clearly communicated the entire process, answered all my questions, and kept me updated at every stage.
The crew worked diligently, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—my roof looks great and I feel confident in the materials and installation. Pricing was fair and competitive, w... Read more
