I worked with Jake on getting an estimate for required roof repairs to a property I was considering buying that came out of the inspection. With a 30 day close we were working on an extremely tight timeline, and Jake was able to give me an estimate the day of with very little notice.
Jake was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
I contacted Dr. Roofer to come out and look at a leaking gutter. It was a small job, but they were able to fit me in quickly and fixed the gutter same-day.
The pricing was extremely fair given the time he spent at my house. A lot of other companies aren't interested in small jobs, but Dr. Roofer seems to be committed to making sure all customers are taken care of.
