            Needed a repair on some loose fascia. Called six different roofers and Dr. Roofer was the only one that responded in a timely manner and gave me a fair price for a half hour repair. Jake and Adam took care of the issue within a week and it was around the Thanksgiving Holiday. Great service, on time, fair price. Five Stars.

            This roofing service promised quality but delivered chaos. They overcharged me without explaining why. The materials used look cheap and flimsy. My shingles started peeling within a week. They never returned my follow-up calls. The crew left trash in my driveway. Rainwater is now dripping into my attic. I feel scammed by their false advertising. I would never recommend them to anyone. One star is honestly too generous

            One of the worst services I’ve ever hired. They didn’t use the materials I paid for. Roof edges were left unfinished and unsafe. They walked all over my garden and ruined plants. The final bill didn’t match the quote. Rainwater now pools on the flat roof section. They refused to come back and fix their mistakes. Communication was unprofessional and slow. Quality is far below industry standard. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

            The roofing job was a complete disaster. They arrived late every single day. The workers left trash all over my yard. The “finished” roof still leaks when it rains. Customer service ignored my calls for days. They kept adding surprise charges to the bill. The shingles were uneven and poorly installed. Neighbors even complained about their noise. I regret hiring them and won’t make the same mistake. Absolutely not recommended.
