            Jake was one of the few roofing people that not only called me back but was willing to see me within a couple of days. He came to give an estimate on the repair and vent installation, and also provided some advice on the overall age of the roof. He was not pressuring us but did point out areas of concern to him and why it would be concerning to him. he gave a very professional looking quote and the pricing was reasonable.
