Worst roofing service I’ve ever used.
They damaged my gutters and denied responsibility.
Now I have even more repairs to handle.

As a new, first time homeowner, I was very apprehensive going through the process of replacing our roof. The guys at Dr. Roofer made the process as smooth and easy as possible, with a very competitive price. They had my roof done with in a matter of hours, and we are so incredibly happy with how it came out! If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I certainly would!
I hired Dr. Roofer with the sole aim of fixing a dip in my fascia board. They rewrapped the fascia without fixing the dip and then, after the work was already performed, told me it would be extra to replace some of the underlying wood to fix the issue. The work they did was fine but did not correct the problem. I told the sales person numerous times the only reason I am hiring them is to fix this single issue.
In late April a storm literally blew my roof off. I did not know who to call and I saw Dr. Roofer saw I called and spoke with Jake from Dr. Roofer. He said he would be there in the morning to put a tarp on my exposed roof. He did that and so much more. I had issues with my insurance company that were very difficult and Jake always picked up his phone to answer my questions.
