I had my roof replaced (including the flat rubber area) 6 years ago by another roofer and the past two years I’ve had nothing but issues. Two years ago the flat rubber area needed full replacement. Put on a large roof for me at an apartment building of mine. Great communication from start to finish. Project manager on site- same person who prices the job. From begging to end including clean up, unbelievably professional. Highly recommend. Ive been in the business 30 years dealing with contractors. They are honest, produce amazing work, and would highly recommend for any roofing needs.
