Drain Brain was the most competitive quote for replacing our entire sewer line, but more importantly the work and crew were impeccable. Don’t expect much communication wise, but the utility marking, permitting, inspection, etc. will all be taken care of for you. Hector and his crew were on time, super hard working and incredibly kind/polite. Bonus points for saving as much of our yard/plants and flagstone walkway as possible. Very unprofessional. Never received a work order/agreement. Then Geoff created one two months later, unsigned to collect the fees. Never showed up when he said he would. He ghosted us. Didn't clean up afterwards and never returned calls. Beware .
