Very unprofessional. Never received a work order/agreement. Then Geoff created one two months later, unsigned to collect the fees. Never showed up when he said he would. He ghosted us. Didn't clean up afterwards and never returned calls. Beware .

I've worked with Geoff and Drain Brain for years and will continue to do so. Their bids are always reasonable and just as important, don't CHANGE between bid and work completion!
