Geoff was fantastic. Was able to get here quickly and did a great job. Made sure we got our report and video before real estate deadlines and really went the extra mile. Plus was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be using his services again!

I’ve been utilizing Geoff and the crew for a few years. Very knowledgeable and accommodating team with a high level of integrity. They are my go to for sewer inspections! I truly have enjoyed working with Drain Brain. Here’s to many more years. Thanks guys!

Geoff did the initial scope during inspection for my client and found some blockage, so we asked the listing agent to clean and rescope and when things went sideways with that, Geoff completely had my back. He was professional and knowledgeable and prompt to answer all my questions. He even spoke to the listing agent on my clients behalf. He was wonderful and the deal might have fallen through without him. I would highly recommend using Geoff for all your sewer needs.

I would caution anyone who hires this company. In 2019 I had a sewer scope done on the property I was under contract on. Water was not run with the scope to detect pitch issues. (I still have the video of the scope). Holes were dug in my driveway to locate issues he said were there, and were marked, that were not issues at all. $25,000 dollars to replace the entire length of sewer line in my basement and unable to look into new property insurance due to the ding on my insurance.
