*This is a revision of a review initially written in October 2023* Jeff at Drain Brain was hired when we closed on our home in December 2021. The house had sewer issues and needed a cleanout installed. Unfortunately, we were not around when the work was done. As this is sewer work, I could not discern what work was actually done, since it's not visible, and I asked Jeff for an invoice detailing what they did. He did not respond. We were selling a house and the buyer hired this company. They gave a poor, incomplete, and misleading inspection of the sewer line and implied it would need repair. However no one actually went down in the crawlspace to visually inspect the line. We hired a different company who was more than willing to take a look and sure enough, no issue at all. I don’t recommend using this company and if a buyer does, get a second opinion.
