One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Dream Home Roofing showed no respect for deadlines, property, or customers. The crew left behind debris and caused minor damage that they refused to acknowledge. The final result looks rushed and unprofessional, nowhere near what was promised. Their lack of follow-up and customer support shows they only care about getting paid, not about quality or customer satisfaction.

Hiring Dream Home Roofing was a huge mistake. The sales pitch was smooth, but that’s where the quality ended. Poor communication, unskilled labor, and careless installation made this experience extremely frustrating. The roof looks uneven and poorly finished, and they refused to take responsibility for obvious errors. I expected a “dream home” result—what I got was stress and regret. Definitely not a company I would recommend.

Dream Home Roofing was a complete nightmare to deal with. The initial quote sounded reasonable, but once the project started, surprise costs appeared out of nowhere. No clear explanations, no transparency—just pressure to pay more. The quality of work was far below expectations, with visible defects and poor finishing. Customer service was rude and unresponsive when I raised concerns. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company.

I had a very bad experience with Dream Home Roofing. They overpromised and underdelivered in every possible way. The job took far longer than agreed, and the workers seemed rushed and careless. After the first rain, leaks appeared, proving the job was not done correctly. Reaching them afterward was nearly impossible, and when I finally did, they showed zero accountability. This company lacks professionalism and responsibility.

Extremely disappointed with Dream Home Roofing. From the very beginning, communication was terrible. They promised timelines they never honored and constantly made excuses for delays. The crew showed up late (when they showed up at all), and the workmanship was sloppy.
