I regret hiring Dream Home Roofing. The roof started leaking again just two weeks after they finished the job. When I called to have it fixed, they kept making excuses and never showed up. The quality of their work is terrible, and I feel like I wasted my money.

They promised to finish my roof in 3 days, but it dragged on for almost 3 weeks. Every day there was a new excuse. I had to take extra time off work just to deal with the delays. Completely unreliable company — I would never recommend them.

The crew left trash and nails all over my yard and driveway. I even got a flat tire because of the mess they left behind. They were loud, rude, and didn’t clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional — definitely not the “dream home” experience they promise.

I was quoted one price at the start, but by the time the job was done, the final bill was almost double. They kept adding “unexpected” charges that were never discussed. Totally dishonest business practices — I wouldn’t trust them with any project again.

The customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They never returned my calls, showed up late to every appointment, and acted like they were doing me a favor. Once they got paid, they completely disappeared. Avoid this company if you value your time and patience.
