Arrived on-time, worked hard, finished on-time. Roof looks great! Walked around the house and didn't find any nails or other debris. They worked very hard and diligently with our insurance company. Even tarped the roof at no cost. They truly know their business.

These people are not reliable . Contacted them over two weeks ago regarding a roof leak. Steve told me he would go 2 days later. A week went by and I heard nothing. I called again and was told Steve would call me right back. Another week has gone by and never did hear from anyone. I guess they pick and choose what jobs they take on. Turns out they sent an estimate to someone else''s email. 6 weeks later they got the job done.

I'm updating this review because they have tried to make me a satisfied customer. I was not happy when the job was first done but I have to say that Steve and Charlie have tried to make things right. They have recoated the roof and it looks much better. They are also working to correct the gutter issue. You can read my original post below. In a word, outstanding from start to finish. My roof ended up being one that nightmares are made of!! Within 30 minutes of starting, the first problem was found when they discovered anywhere from 3 to 5 layers of roof, including a metal one. There was so much rotten wood and trouble spots, I think less experienced roofers would have thrown up their hands and given up. The whole team definitely went the extra mile for us.
