Strong communication. Work was done promptly and all questions were answered completely before during and after the roof was replaced. They took care to protect all plants around the house swept the area using magnets to find any loose nails, etc. Highly recommend them.

If they are working correctly, it is just a personal preference. Some people like the functionality and clean look of new gutters with the new roof. But we do change plenty of roofs without replacing the gutters.
