"It was a very positive experience primarily due to working with Pete Miller. On two different occasions he went above and beyond what might have been expected from a project manager. Two days before the install the materials were delivered by the supplier to my house. Approx. 1/3 of the shingles were from a different lot (same color) and a few of the packs were opened and/or had minor damage. From my initial estimate, DWM listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice for my roof and gutter project. The combination of work they proposed was above and beyond other companies and of equal or even less cost. They even included recommendations to improve aesthetics of my house; that told me they really care about what they do. Everyone from front office to the installers on the roof was polite, professional, and courteous.

Very nicely done. Peter was great at explaining options and how the work would be done and setting up the gutter work with the other contractor. Work done timely and appears to be first rate. The gutter folks made several improvements that made the drainage system better and more secure. Would recommend DWM without reservation.
