From the initial discussions with Peter that led me to pick DWM, to talking with David, the site foreman, the company was both personal and professional. The price was reasonable and the thoroughness of the work impressed me. The time spent scouring the yard for nails, spray painting our furnace flue speaks to the care that DWM provides their customers. This company is a customer service NIGHTMARE!!!! When I originally searched for a roofing contractor I was so impressed with their website. I thought they were a customer service based company. Then I called to set up an appointment and was told they can only give a window of time morning or afternoon. I asked the person who answers their phones if the estimator could maybe call me in the morning when arranging their schedule and give me some idea of the time they would be there and she sai...Read more

We had Pete out from DWM Roofing to inspect our roof. We had another company out who told us we needed a new roof for the current 14 year old roof After his inspection Pete recommended some repairs and a few shingle replacements. He felt we should have 3 to 4 years left on our roof. I appreciated his honesty and they had a repair person out within a few days . A great job and nice honest people to deal with.
