A GREAT experience! Lets face it, no one really wants to buy a new roof, but the entire experience with DWM was painless!
From the initial inspection 'til the last crew member left when the job was completed, every person I came in contact with was courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. Following a significant wind storm and snow the next day, we called DWM to assess the repairs needed and have used them in the past. The manager was extremely helpful and communicative about what would be needed and having the shingles we had already on hand available. Effectively, the next day (weekend in between), the roofing expert arrived first thing in the morning and began working on the repairs.
