From the initial discussions with Peter that led me to pick DWM, to talking with David, the site foreman, the company was both personal and professional. The price was reasonable and the thoroughness of the work impressed me. The time spent scouring the yard for nails, spray painting our furnace flue speaks to the care that DWM provides their customers. A GREAT experience! Lets face it, no one really wants to buy a new roof, but the entire experience with DWM was painless! From the initial inspection 'til the last crew member left when the job was completed, every person I came in contact with was courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. Our home is surrounded by azaleas and rhododendrons that are just getting ready to bloom and I don't believe one bud was bruised, they were THAT careful. If they are working correctly, it is just a personal preference. Some people like the functionality and clean look of new gutters with the new roof. But we do change plenty of roofs without replacing the gutters.
