When DWM replaced 12 sheets of plywood I would have liked to have been informed to confirm this. We were home all day. Also, we live in a two story white vinyl home and many tar marks were left on the siding. Brandon did come back and clean off most of them.

None of us likes to run into rotten plywood on the job, but it is a routine part of the roofing process, and rotten plywood must be replaced to do the job correctly. We apologize that you feel we did not communicate this to you clearly. Brandon (your project manager) had a conversation with you about the plywood we were replacing the day of your job. We also apologize for the tar marks that were left. Unfortunately, even when we take every precaution necessary to protect your house, occasionally they happen. We make every effort to remove them before we leave a project. We’re sorry you found a few after we left, and we’re glad Brandon was able to return and remove the tar marks you found. We sincerely appreciate your business!
