Had roof installed by Dynamic for 5 years now with no issues. Just recently had them out to re do my deck. New composite deck. Everything from communication to install went smooth. There was an issue with the lumber distributor dropping off the wrong size lumber and Phil went out of his way to load it on his truck to prevent any delays. 5 star company and if you're hesitant to give them a try, stop wasting your time and give them a call. I had an amazing experience with Dynamic Remodel and Repair. Phil was able to accommodate my requests and gave a fair price to replace my roof. Nicole answered my emails in a timely fashion and always kept me informed. The gentlemen that replaced my roof worked very well together, it was clear that they have been doing this for a long time. It has been a year since the work was done, and overall a great experience. I had the roof replaced, gutter and sofit replaced. Was recommended to them from my real estate agent and I no longer live in the house, but drive by often and the roof looks great. I had two small issues that happened, a bay window that leaked a week after the install and a fios cable got damaged. They were extremely responsive and addressed both issues, one for offering to pay for the fios cable, (fios never charged)... Read more

Met with Phil, received a fair offer on roof replacement…his work group showed up as scheduled on the day of replacement…they draped the house to protect our structure and removed and installed all new shingles and ridge vent in 1 day…clean-up was then accomplished surrounding the house and yard and was very thorough…very impressed with the professional work that was done in 1 day…recommend this company for any roof/ repair work you may need done…Thank you Dynamic remodel & repair…D.K. & Judy Ba...
