He was not pushy and was able to give us the best value for the new siding out of other eatimates we got. We were pleased with the timeline of the project and it was completed on schedule. I was looking for a Wilmington roofing contractor that is licensed and certified, I came across Philip and was really impressed with his previous work and customer reviews. We had a few spots that were leaking from our roof and we were really looking to get a replacement but Philip was able to come provide a good solution to solve the problem and looks like it will take care of us for years to come. Very honest guy and he takes care of his customers!

I contacted Phil on behalf of my 89 year old mom who was in need of a new roof. Phil responded immediately and followed up very quickly with a cost competitive proposal. The work was completed on schedule. He used a hard-working crew who was very neat, and careful to protect the house and shrubs. Workmanship was excellent with no problems with the roof.
