New Roof and Gutters. Very good experience from the initial meeting with Cory (who was extremely knowledgeable, patience, thoughtful and thorough) through the end of the project. Doug was patience, communicated well, and handled unexpected situations quickly and professionally. The gutter installation was a great finishing touch, as the gutter crew was exceptional. TLDR - EAS quoted us using the same materials as a national big box company for half the price, so we went with them. They did an amazing job. Full story - EAS did a wonderful job replacing our roof. We had three companies come and give us estimates. A big box company, EAS, and a private contractor. The big box company came first, and I'm glad they did. I thank you for doing an excellent job installing my new roof. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff scheduled the appt quickly and for my convenience. They explained the timeframes of material delivery and etc. The sale rep was thorough, but not pushy. The project manager was onsite most of time and kept me informed of everything being done and showed photos. The work crew worked almost non stop and cleaned up when they were finished. I hired EAS for installation of a new roof and gutters. From start to finish it could not have been easier. The rep Cory I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining their product line and install procedures. The project manager Brian was extremely communicative during the install process. He was quick to answer any questions I had and happy to explain the steps the crew was taking in real time. The job was done efficiently and well. I definitely would use them again!
