Frustrating: I have had an exceptional customer service experience with EAS but, at the end of the day, I also need the problems resolved. They have come back numerous times to work on the same two concerns. The last time, the person who came was very confident that he would be able to fix these issues, and here we are in the spring with more leakage in both areas. Water is so tricky, so they have a tough job, but seven years of trying without success leaves me feeling pretty frustrated.
