Doug was patience, communicated well, and handled unexpected situations quickly and professionally. The gutter installation was a great finishing touch, as the gutter crew was exceptional. TLDR - EAS quoted us using the same materials as a national big box company for half the price, so we went with them. They did an amazing job. Full story - EAS did a wonderful job replacing our roof. We had three companies come and give us estimates. A big box company, EAS, and a private contractor. The big box company came first, and I'm glad they did. I thank you for doing an excellent job installing my new roof. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff scheduled the appt quickly and for my convenience. They explained the timeframes of material delivery and etc. The sale rep was thorough, but not pushy. The project manager was onsite most of time and kept me informed of everything being done and showed photos. The work crew worked almost non stop and cleaned up when they were finished. This company is the BEST!!!! They had tarps covering everything, from the driveway, walkway and the deck. This is a messy job, but you wouldn’t know it by this company. When they where finished cleaning up, it looked like nothing even happened. They also went over every surface with a magnet to pick up nails. My last roof was put on poorly and the materials where cheap, even though the price wasn’t. We found that out when they took the old roof off. I am CONFIDENT that this was done right. Th... Read more
