After a cup of coffee the crew proceeded to tear off my old roof and install a new one during winter daylight hours. I had another contractor there and even with how contractors like to trash each other, he was saying how they were doing everything right and to code or better. Was able to finance the roof with a low monthly payment. The guarantee is fantastic and transfers to a second owner. So this was perfect.
