They reroofed our Eichler house some years ago. I recall the whole experience as really good. After the recent heavy rains they checked on a leak in just a few days. Leak wasn’t their fault. A few days later they fixed it and our electrical company paid them. Fast service all around.

Hi Patti Ann, thank you for the wonderful review! We truly enjoyed working on your Eichler reroof a few years back. Eichler homes are architectural treasures in San Jose, but they do require specialized knowledge when it comes to flat roof maintenance and leak repair. We were more than happy to come out quickly after the heavy rains to troubleshoot that issue for you. It’s great to hear that we could get the repairs handled fast and professionally! Thank you for being a long-term customer of Eastman Roofing. We’re always here whenever you need a San Jose roof inspection or repair!

Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing did a very good job in fixing the leaking problem of the roof in my house. Other people I talked to from other roofing companies set up an appointment to come over at the date and time promised but never showed. I canceled my appointment at the time just to wait for them but they never have the courtesy to call for cancellation. I'm proud to recommend Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing because they're honest and reliable company. Their personnel are great and knowl... Read more

The roofer that I had used in the past, refused my request to inspect our roof. But they were willing to repair. That wasn't acceptable. I wanted an evaluation. I told a friend, who was in the lumber business, about my problem. He told me to call Eastman. I did. They came immediately, checked the roof and provided an estimate with pictures. I accepted. They performed the repair the work in one day, and I paid their fair bill. Andy Kjos

Andy, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for the incredible referral from your friend in the lumber business—that truly means a lot! We are very proud that Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing prioritizes thoroughness. We understand that effective roof repair starts with an accurate roof inspection and diagnostic evaluation. Simply jumping to repair without understanding the full scope of storm and wind damage is never acceptable. We’re pleased that we could respond immediately, provide a clear, detailed estimate with pictures, and complete the necessary project work in a single day. Delivering efficiency and quality craftsmanship at a fair price is our commitment to every client. Thank you again for trusting our team with your home's most important asset!

The worker assigned to this roof termite damage repair was easy to work with. The administrative workers in the office also did a great job moving this repair job along.

We hired Eastman Roofing to do repair work on our roof due to termites. We were extremely satisfied with their service and workmanship. Their roofer, Francisco, was incredibly skilled and kind. He took the time to show us when there was damage beyond what was initially estimated and carefully explained why and what had to be done. Francisco worked extremely hard, even on Saturday, to make certain our project was finished. We hope our repairs are finished for a while -- and if the need arise... Read more
