I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent $450 on a 30 min job that had $50 in materials. I replied to the email that contained my bill that I was unhappy and felt taken advantage of as $450 seemed quite steep for the scope of the work and actual time spent. My sales rep called me and told me that $150-200 of that is for back office support. $150-200 for back office support for a 30 min job!!! I guess if you have a small job, stay away. I had an excellent experience with Easton Roofing. Chris was friendly and professional, and was happy to explain everything and answer all my questions. And he didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need! When the guys came out to do the work, they were quick and definitely were keeping themselves and us safe by wearing masks and keeping their distance when we interacted. I'm super happy with their work and the interactions I had with their entire staff. Highly recommend!
