I spoke with Heather,she took my information and promised a return call. She called back quickly telling us someone was on the way! A lifesaver considering the current forecast! Joe came out to my house for a minor maintenance issue with bathroom ventilation, and he suggested a solution that wouldn't cost me anything. He also told me what to expect in the next few years re: my old roof. When it's time to get a new one, I'll be sure to give him a call!
