I had my roof replaced by them and have had shingles fall off in the same area MULTIPLE times. The first time they fixed it for $475, now another shingle has fallen off in the SAME area and they want to charge me another $475. You would think they would have been courteous enough to fix that one shingle free of charge seeing how I paid for them to fix another shingle in that same area.

Easton came out in a very timely manner and quickly identified my issue and then every step of repair kept me up to date. Amazing and efficient! Builder installation of guttering caused issue with flashing. Wood rot repaired with guttering now installed efficiently with damaged shingles replaced- paint touched up! Thank you Easton!
