Their motto is 'where integrity matters' and they certainly lived up to that motto. They installed a a beautiful new roof for me several years ago. However there were problems with the product from the manufacturer. After completing multiple warranty covered repairs, ( no cost to me), Easton got the manufacturer to replace my entire roof. That's what I call standing up for your customers. Their staff is polite and responsive. They're just great. Nobody else is touching my roof now.

We hired Easton to replace our 30 year old roof at our own cost. A few years later we had a hail storm and the roof needed replaced again! We had no questions who to call, so they have done our roof twice! Both times were great experiences. Professional management and employees all the way around. They always answered the phone (several contacts provided) or called back very quickly. Great clean up and communication.
