Austin came to my house to inspect a problem and easily identified what needed to be done without costly repairs. Also asked me if I was getting a discount on my insurance because of the high impact roof we had put on two years ago. We ended up getting a lowered rate and a refund for the overpayments. I had him order a new skylight and it was installed soon after. We love the new skylight!

Initially worked with Dan - he was extremely responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He provided me a bid on new vents, removal of non used gas vents and repairing the roof in those spots. It got this quick and great pricing. After the job was completed, the roof still leaked over the replaced vents so additional associates were dispatched within 48 hours.
