I can't comment on the quality of the job but had the following concerns leading up to and after the job. 1) I was not notified of the date/time for the job. I was gone and when I came home your guy was at my house. I had no idea he was coming and he commented the same thing happened at a previous job that morning. 2) They left the back gate open after they left. A+ customer service! I received the contact information for Jon Woods from a friend and I called him out of the blue. Not only did he answer on the first ring he was also able to get out and inspect my roof the same afternoon. After walking the roof, he generated a detailed inspection report, emailed it to me and then called to report his findings within hours. You read that right.
